Loyola Hall at Canisius College
John W. Danforth Company was the general contractor for the complete design-build renovation of the 40,000 square foot Canisius Jesuit Community's living quarters. The building was retrofitted to include living suites complete with new plumbing, electrical and technology upgrades. An ultra-quiet, four pipe fan coil heating and cooling system provides year-round comfort to the residents. Renovations in the occupied facility were phased over a three-year period to minimize disruption to the Jesuit Community.
