United Way of Buffalo and Erie County
The United Way Building on Delaware Avenue in Buffalo is the Center of Philanthropy for all of Erie County. Formerly the Texaco Building, the totally renovated space, along with a modern addition, makes the United Way Building both a functionally and architecturally distinct building. The ambitious construction program allowed the United Way to remain in the heart of the city in a prominent location without major disruption to its core activities.
The John W. Danforth Company installed modern HVAC systems with a state-of-the-art building management system to complement the renovations of this important building. New conference rooms and executive offices are some of the major features of the renovation.
