Our 9,500 square foot fabrication shop along with our CADD and Design Build Department can assist in providing unique solutions for any project. John W. Danforth Company's fabrication capabilities include but are not limited to stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, PVC and other specialty steel piping system fabrication.

Our Preassembled "skids" will save you time and money!

John W. Danforth Company's fabrication shop creates "pre-assembled and tested" skids in our 64,000 square foot warehouse. These "skids" are assembled at Danforth before they are moved to and installed at the jobsite. This eliminates jobsite inefficiencies including weather, interference by other trades, and access restriction to name a few.

Our state-of-the art facilities are fully equipped to handle all of your pipe fabrication needs. We continually update our equipment to improve our efficiency and quality. Our experience includes high purity stainless steel and plastics, general purpose plastics, carbon steel chilled water, hot water, condenser water and steam systems, custom engineered frames, pipe supports, all using the latest welding, grooving, Propress, solder, pipe cutting, and other state-of-the art fabrication techniques.

In our shop’s controlled environment our skilled workers can fabricate quality piping in virtually any design or configuration in diameters ranging from 1/4” through 48”. We will also provide the transporting and rigging to deliver. We will meet and exceed all your quality and scheduling needs.

Working in collaboration with our in-house CADD department, we can complete your project quickly and efficiently. Providing all of your documented requirements as well.
