Custom Metal Fabrication Guidelines

That’s what our staff of over 75 expert craftsmen aspires to in the design and installation of our fabricated parts and in delivery of our repair services. Our 48,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility allows us to provide cutting, bending, welding, machining, and painting services for all types of metal. This includes: galvanized, stainless steel, aluminum and any other sheetmetal or light iron. We’re committed to meeting all SMACNA standards for custom metal fabrication and installation. These aren’t the only standards we hold ourselves to-we must meet yours as well. To do that, we design and fabricate to your unique needs, complete your project within budget, and deliver or install your equipment on time, every time.

Utilizing the latest AutoCAD technology and computerized manufacturing, our detailers can develop custom fabricated products in response to your unique specifications. Vulcan 3100 High Def HPR 130 ¾” plate at 25” per minute maximum
c. Ironworker Pirahanna – angle iron and punch press. 50 ton capacity.
d. Saws Abrasive Saw Concent Horz bandsaw Start-rite bandsaw
2. Forming a. Press Brakes Piranha 200 ton – 2” bott v die – 8” deep throat 
¼” plate mild steel at 120”per minute ¼” plate stainless steel at 96” per minute
HTC 100 ton 8” deep throat 102 “ between uprights
10 gauge mild steel at 96” per minute 16 gauge mile steel at 120” per minute
b. Rollers 5’ Roundo – 8” diameter pipe at 60” long –16 ga stainless steel 5’ Waldemar – 12” diameter pipe at 60” long –1/4” plate mild steel 5’ Builtrite- 6” diameter pipe at 60” long- 18 ga. mild steel
c. Rollforming Machines Pittsburg – 18 ga. galvanized with barslip station 22 ga. with s/d station Snaplock TDC with cleat and standing steam –1” Triplex flange/gilledge/dovetail/slips and drivers
3. Welding  A. Tig and Mig Welding Stainless/ Carbon steel, all position, .0635" to .375" thickness
Aluminum, all position, .0635" to 2.5" thickness
B. Certification Welders are AWS certified in GMAW process, Carbon Steel all position,75/25 gas, F6-filler
