Location: Buffalo, NY
Prepare and issue contracts and change orders in a timely manner for subcontractors across the state. Review insurance certificates for compliance with company requirements. Must be able to effectively communicate with Operations Team and Accounts Payable to ensure contract requirements are met by all subcontractors. Provide clear, concise, and timely communication with internal and external customers. Provide back up to receptionist and other departments as needed.
Experience & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years experience in an office setting. Must be detailed oriented, have strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Must be customer focused.
Construction industry experience a plus.
