Vice President – Albany Operations
As the Vice President of Albany Operations, Tom is responsible for the overall operation in the area. Tom has built a reputation on his 25+ years of delivering turnkey projects throughout New York State. As the leader of Danforth’s Eastward expansion, Tom is responsible for the growth of Danforth market share in the region.
Prior to Danforth, Tom led Albany based Tougher Industries Enterprises LLC. He managed to turn the company around from filing bankruptcy to becoming a leader in Sheet Metal Fabrication. While at Tougher, Tom held the position of Vice President of Operations as well as President before joining the Danforth Team. Throughout his career, Tom has held numerous positions ranging from project manager and engineer to executive roles in construction which allowed him to develop a holistic knowledge of the industry.
Tom has earned his Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Penn State University and a Bachelors Degree in Applied Science focusing on Mechanical Engineering Technology from Youngstown State University. He is involved in several professional groups including the Northeastern Subcontractors Association (NESCA), the Green Building Council (GBC), and the Saratoga Chamber of Commerce.
