Buffalo Public School #39 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Multicultural Institute HVAC Renovations

Danforth partnered up with LP Ciminelli to do complete renovations of PS #39. Specifically, Danforth performed a complete renovation of the school’s HVAC system. This system’s responsibility is to heat and cool the entire facility including classrooms, faculty lounge, auditorium, and cafeteria.

This renovation was important in regards to occupant comfort as well as energy efficiency. Other work performed by the Danforth team on this project includes minor renovations to the school’s boilers. Though Danforth did not replace the boilers, they were made more efficient due to strategic piping improvements.

Danforth provided the quality work for the Buffalo Board of Education that has been synonymous with the company’s name since 1884. The school is the home away from home for students ten months a year, so comfort was a main concern. Danforth was able to provide it through the dedication to quality and commitment to excellence.
